I was wondering if anyone had a copy of Bio-Tek's Placebo cover, Pure Morning.

I've been hunting for it and dying from the lack of availability... if anyone has it, I'd be delighted. :P

I know its probably way to late and your probably not on these forums anymore but can you tell some more information like is it a CD, DVD, Games cover?
