Anyone good with system take over virus removal? My system is locked down no matter what I do. MSG me if you can help (sent via I-phone)

This is really odd...Me and Reclaimer both are having computer problems as well including like sudden shut downs as well as explorer just crashing randomly. We don't know what it is...Any insight into what is going on will be appreciated.

Do u have any antivirus?
Try to scan it in safe mode like Fear said, before the Windows logo appears, press F8 rapidly
If this won't work, try to get an Ubuntu Linux CD, boot from CD, save everything important to a pendrive, then reinstall the OS

This virus has me baffled than most of them. this is the source of where it came from. www.wtso.com i clicked watch on the video and bam it locked me out my system. this is what virus i have http://removespywarecenter.com/how-to-r ... p-by-step/
only this version i have still kicks in when booted in all safe modes so this how to fix is useless. i will now try the Ubuntu Linux CD and try save this system. glad i have more than 1 computer to do this... dam me for clicking on that video

This is a very tricky virus it disabled everything bootable already hooked up (even after c mos reset) changed safe mode to execute it's self before anything else. so a 1997 floppy boot disk fixed the boot problem after install of a floppy drive now boot scans 7 hours in appears it's caused mayhem on all 3 drives many hours to go.

As for sudden shut downs your both having, I have always fixed the problem by cleaning the cpu and case fans/same on laptops. and there always clogged up when sudden shut downs are happening due to over heating. It may not be your solution by a far stretch but worth a quick check in case.

What virus is it and where are you all downloading it from? A dx server?

Kinda worried about this too, I've been virus free for so long (I think I've been... )

So saved a few dx files with ubuntu and a format was the only option a new HD is in order as a fresh install isn't going so well! Was virus free for 9 years That will teach me to watch online tv.

Did you actually have anti virus? (I don't mean norton/default built in)

How strong is your anti virus..I use a paid version of AVG and that seems to be quite strong...damn Chees unlucky man!

I also had paid version of AVG aswell as nod32 paid version as an alternative just in case and several DVD system backups which all failed. This is a virus that's almost thought of everything no warning just instant system lock down and major HD corruption. Meh Good job to whoever made it though. It's non Deus Ex related everyone but beware of what you click on when bored an want to watch an episode of The Simpsons online
