We should be private testing a rough and ready beta by next week and theoretically opening to the public thereafter...

A few things will be missing in "version zero", but there should be plenty of updates in future.

How is it not fair??? It's private testing for those who developed it... It's completely fair.

I entered the server, and tbh, there's not much to see atm. Partially because 80% of the map is pitch black and empty.

Haha yes, Vexus saw a version where the zone light was not working, so it was very dark.

While I was recruiting testers, I did announce the game password, but now we have enough testers, the password has been withdrawn and those people will test Hengsha for the next few days. It's just a few days. The testers are a mix of people who worked on the project and people who expressed an interest in testing.

About the map, I don't think it is very good, I want to show this information, but with a better, more slick design. Any ideas?

Here's the thing, the whole dxmp community and general public can be testers, in like 1-2 weeks time.
Version Zero is a rough and ready version and might not include everything currently in production.

I'm just curious about the whole retro-engineering thing... imagining 2027's part of the story had been released first in 2000, with the whole thing online too, using 2012 advancements in MP, it's really interesting, I hope it will interest some gamers and dxhr fans. "What if Part 1 of the story had been made in 2000?".
