This is the respawning TNT? Wondering how it's in my folder and who it belongs to and if it's ok to use.

Pretty sure it appears on one of the Funline maps, no idea who made it and I don't think anyone will complain if you use it

probably why I have it then... I love Twinz these days, an actual altfire map, nerve gas, grav rifle and hackable admin room.
