Yep no bug, just this stuff happens when actors don't have enough space or flat surface.

You can also make grenades stop in mid-air and freeze, by using the keypad bug and making sure a moving? player is blocking.

I think you could probably have nades stick to a mover in this way, by denying it a flat surface, or enough space.

You can also make items spin by throwing a lot, on e.g. a cigarette machine.

need radial collision or slight curve in brushes?

trying to find a screenie of a medkit being frozen in mid-air. I think gas did it.

in Turnpike i managed to get a chair to spin on top of an EMP nade which was on top of another chair, in one corner and a computer was in the way stopping everything from falling down XD
