On a related note, I live in Portugal now, there's 2 bathrooms with a toilet in each, however one of the toilets we can't flush toilet paper in, and the other toilet is in my mum and step dad's bedroom. Awkward moments when I need a metabolic end product at night

If the shop selling toilet paper is shut, then maybe I would consider plip-plops elsewhere.

I prefer toilets that are checked regularly like MacDonalds than Council toilets, yikes.

I would get some toilet paper from the public restroom and then go back.
