Hope everyone's doing fine! Just wanted to ask if and how it's possible to still play Deus Ex Multiplayer. I had spoke to a few people regards finding a link to a master server however they either never found one or the link was broken or expired. So just wondering if it IS possible to ever play DXMP again and if so, how this can be done.

If original gamespy master server still works, why haven't there been any servers in serverlist for a week or more?


As for Alessi, find all instances of 'MasterServerAddress=' in DeusEx.ini and replace the gamespy line with deusexnetwork one, so they all look like this:

MasterServerAddress=master.deusexnetwork.com

I only have the gamespy MS loaded, and I see servers.

@atrey you may have 'applied' the fix in-game while it was being hosted way back before the shutdown
