did not find any players in the list. almost all servers are dead ( managed to find 2 players and 4 specators in 1 server) and i had to write the ip of server because FGS server didnt show up in list. wunderland and fun servers were quite active in 2014.

Yes, the Server is still up and running. You will need to change a few things in your ' DeusEx.ini ' file located at ' C:\DeusEx\System\DeusEx.ini '.
After opening the .ini file in Notepad, search for 'gamespy'.
Wherever you find ' master0.gamespy.com ', delete it and replace with ' master.deusexnetwork.com '. Save the .ini file, and try to play DXMP again.

ok but i already had the patch so i didnt need to edit the file anymore i guess that deus ex MP is just DEAD.
only sharpshooter server has 2 -5 players

You have to hang around on servers and players will join when they see an active player/players.

There may have been some FGS downtime around the holidays but if anything DXMP activity was improving and I was seeing 20 players online at once regularly.

SDK is the same for me, I was making big progress with Cozmo RPG Moonbase and other stuff, but since the holidays I've had almost no time for playing or mapping and might not until the end of February.

There was a natural increase in activity at Christmas and we probably won't see another until summer, but a number of players are always hopping on, and that's the important thing, for the game specifically, but it's also important to not give DXMP top priority unless you actually have the time.
Many left because they gave up on DXMP, but plenty more left because they gained bigger priorities.

I'm still a lazy arse with not much to do, so I have the excuse to play all the time.

I'm on dxmp most days and play dxsp when no players are on but not always wear my tag. I'm not lazy just crippled and cant do much else atm

Even I played some matches last time. 2 days ago there were many Atlfire fights.

Altfire is great but you guys should bring back the Zero-augs server too!

I second that thought. I wont host unless it's for testing maps/rpg work. Who else in FGS will host?
