Most likely servers that aren't up or so. Currently there's 4 i3D servers, 2 FGS and Sunny Side on Deus Ex Network MS, wouldn't expect many more.

Well, i was afraid that some players were trying to connect to our servers.

I always thought that was from servers that lost connection to the masterserver :-k
