Multplayer Server [needshelp]

I need some help, i allowed all the the ports :
Both 7790 / 7790 always
Both 7791 / 7791 always
Both 8777 / 8777 always
Both 27900 / 27900 always
Both 7792 / 7792 always
And i wanted to start a Server, but i can't find my own dedicated Server and the log says :
HELP, PLS
