To check, simply insert your Deus Ex disc and run the setup, hitting reinstall if you already have it installed:

The version number will be in the lower right corner:

Occasionally there will be a mismatch between the version showed in the installer and the one installed, so it would also be useful to install the game, then check on the title screen for the version number displayed:

There is apparently a version of Deus Ex called 1110 with unique map files, despite having an older version numbers the maps appear to be newer then 1112fm/GOTY.
These were assembled into a patch by DXM here:

The link also has more info on the differences. I've contacted him, and he no longer has the disc unfortunately. Aside from him, the only other person who seems to own it I could find is this user on steam mentioning they have it https://steamcommunity.com/app/6910/dis ... 5414733005
They also have a reddit account, /u/BLaCKnBLu3B3RRY, which since their Steam is private, was the only place I could message them. I did 3 months ago and haven't heard back.
The most involved discussion of it I have found is here:
http://offtopicproductions.com/forum/vi ... &start=105
Which I found by following the link by ggrotz here:
http://offtopicproductions.com/forum/vi ... ps2#p96093 ggrotz also seems to refer to the 1110 files as 1109f.
I have a 1109f disc (It the version that came with the creative soundcard) and the map files are identical to GOTY: https://i.imgur.com/gfGJc5t.png
If anyone has the 1110fm disc it would be a big step in solving this mystery, any other unique version is potentially useful as well! Thanks so much!
