question about services poll

I understand 1,3,4,5....but what is "letting a website up" ?Which services are to remain further available?
1 = None, please terminate the muck!
2 = Let the website up.
3 = Let the gameservers running.
4 = Please do not leave us!
5 = It's all the same to me.
you mean let the website continue?
Also... so this means either gravity-world.com OR gameservers...vote which?
or vote 4 I guess...
