This one has various tweaks for the ini. Some tweaks will actually reduce your performance, you have to try which ones work for you the best... so MAKE A BACK-UP of your ini, before you start experimenting. I managed to limit my fps to 28 somehow lol... so a back-up copy is essential.

This one looks very hard, but in fact is quick and very easy and will definitely increase your performance. It is basically, manually altering your second level Data cache to a higher figure, which helps solve problems between windows and unreal.
Another tip that [REN] taught me, is to have to multiple installations of DX on the same drive. Obvious, but simple and useful.
