Maybe there should be a vote option thing like on Wolfenstein Emeny Territory. It's like you go on the main menu, click on vote then choose what you want to vote on then the message goes on everyones screen and if there are more yes' than no's it will do what the question says. Maybe have alot of polls on which map they hate the most, then the ones that come first are removed. Do this untill there are so many maps left like the top 10 are in this server.

Thats a pretty good idea, I love the idea about a mutator so the same map can't be voted twice.

I also just noticed that the percentage of votes doesn't actually add up to 100%.

I didn't think of bandwidth or cost...
