That message has nothing in common with people's inis.
It's the default message if you query his master server the first time.
Then it stores the IP and seems to make something like a session.
Very hax in my eyes and actually quite annoying, since you need to refresh again.

that might be true but maybe its just taken him this long to take out the MS

I meant, the message on DX-SL appeared the same time as his YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY servers.
