The reason it doesn't work I don't know. What I know is that it's been disabled for me for a while and it doesn't have a particular effect.

Also.. those, who already had it disabled.. in order to get it to work properly, it must be enabled and back disabled again.

Normal is what the majority of a group of people defines as right and usual.
Everyone that differs from that main stream is not normal for them.
If everyone were crazy, they would be all normal in their world.
