There's an option to speed up combats. Look for the options button in game.

that makes the enemy movement (not in a fight or so) too fast too, and mine too actually, i wanted in the fight phase, not in the whole game :$

While in combat there's an options button and if you click on it, you can see the option of speeding up animation. That's what you're looking for.
