Indeed but not many people fix it, in addition; a lot of people don't want to fix it. :/

Well, my problem on my notebook is like the opposite..
When having constant 60fps everything runs ok, but at random places in a map my frame rate goes up to 125 and my game runs as if I enabled SLOMO! :smt108
Nobody is perfect...

I had the exact same with uncapped fps and dualcore lol. i had 4000 fps in game, not that it did me any good. someone told me i was floating in air
