Younger people need more sleep than older people. young = 7-8 hours. older = 5-7 hours.
Less than 6 hrs is harmful to anyone however, premature death is likely.
Young people can stay awake for 3 days no problem, it kills older people, or the drugs that keep them awake do.
Mapping binges are not easy anymore...
Oversleeping is a sign of depression, perhaps you need a girlfriend or to kill your parents?

I hate sleep. It feels like wasting time.
which is ironic when I spend most of my time not-sleeping on the computer.
