As promised I watched Memories of Murder (The preceeding hit movie by the director of Gwoemul/Host - Joon-ho Bong). The doofus main character from Host is also the main figure in Memories, although his role has not changed tremendously. For someone like me who was born in the CCCP several details were kind of familiar. It has its funny parts, one random flying kick in particular during interrogation. We had to watch it several times

Its a movie about two small town police officers who suddenly are faced with the body trail of a serial killer. They are complete morons. Although I wouldnt call it as awesome as Gwoemul or Chaser it was a damn good movie, ending my weekend movie session
