I'm not sure if there will be in-game links and how great that would look switching from game to browser, but that is an amazing idea. The Eidos forums took it as 300 links over the next 10 years. Something up their sleeve

In GTA4 you could access a fake internet when entering an internet café. It was lots of fun, the links you'd find on the streets worked and had several articles. And it didn't even need 300 purchased real domains.
