Yes, i emailed jonas about a mod i used his code and he replied this:

"Yeah that's fine, it's all creative commons. As long as you're not making money off our work, it's all good.

totaly, die uses it on his server,u can host it aswell.
Just note 2 things:
1-This is not a mutator, u need to summon all classes individualy or put them all in a map.
2-Do not use the jc multiplayer player skin, it messes the skins up pretty bad.
This isnt mp only, this is both mp and sp, u can use this in the normal deus ex storyline or any other map.

Thanks Red, I'll see if I can get it working... I had some fail on parachute and enforcer, I think the order in which I was loading, I'm not sure.

Im working on the enforcer.. dont lose faith! :D lol I work on it everyday.
