trying to host server

but theres no firewall in mine i turned it off cuz i aint scard of no one a hacker cant be hacked remember that cagematch rage so its gota be something else

Even if the firewall is disabled, you still need to give Deus Ex permission to communicate. It's weird but that's how Windows works.

But first, you should check if your ports are forwarded correctly. Use this program to check the ports 7790, 7791, and 7792 using UDP.

After you confirmed the ports are forwarded, try this:

Go to start menu, type "firewall", and choose "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security". Create a new inbound rule for the program deusex.exe. Then create a new outbound rule for deusex.exe.

Then type firewall in the start menu again. Choose "Allow a program though Windows Firewall". Make sure Deus Ex is checked and make sure the two checkboxes next to it are checked.

You will see your server in the Internet list if others can.

It's still not guaranteed that you will see your server on the internet-list.
I remember, when I hosted at home with windows XP 7 years ago, I set up everything so it worked fine and players could join.
However, I still couldn't see my server on the internet-games list.
That was because my route did not support NAT-loopback.
Without it, you cannot access your own external IP from behind your router, which results in your server just showing on LAN and not Internet games list.

Did you use the port checker or try anything else that I posted?

yeah i erased the old ones that were in their and added a new one for the outbound and inbound rule and make sure the two boxes were checked anywhere where there would be a firewall maybe theres a hiddin one somewhere the in the windows firewall with advanced settings that one is completely turned off
