WW2
Yes it's back thanks to Ste,
Going for a shorter maplist now, smaller maps and I will be in touch with mappers as soon as I can.
Also we hope Cozmo and AG can shine through in future and augs and stealth tunnels in these maps will be fun.

Re: WW2
Well we are putting up the following maps.
WW2 Cathedral
WW2 Landernau 2 by Mainman
WW2 Concordia by Chees
WW2 Stalkyard by Chinny
And if Majster pulls his finger out
I suggested Ste convert Lockdown.
I've also seen his new map, will be a great replacement for Tobruk map and good for augs.
If we can get an unprotected AG map, we can probably start converting all the above maps to AG and when Cozmo figures the stuff out and updates it etc, augged WW2 rpg... I would love missions with AG...

But Team Fortress 1 came out before AG, as I know~DJ~ wrote:IT CAME OUT BEFORE TEAM FORTRESS 2

Re: WW2
I can't remember what game DXAG took inspiration from, but it wasn't TF.
I'm amazed there was never a DXAG_Silo; that map is basically perfect for it. Every single class has huge advantages in different parts of the map.
I've stupidly swamped myself in loads of different tiny projects, once they're out of the way I'll get DXAG ready.

CDX - A huge Deus Ex Multiplayer patch
Cozmo_RPG (v1 & v2)
MPConversations - A great tool for creating co-op or rpg content. It will never be used.

Re: WW2
Got the email and will get this up tomorrow for you guys. I'm glad it's back up, I think there's a lot of players who love this style of play. It's unique and very enjoyable. I'm very happy to be able to help, for me it's a no brainer.
Re: WW2
So I sorted this out for you this morning, the server is up and running on a 60 tickrate. I've tested it out and it feels pretty nice very smooth and no lagging. If you want a higher tick rate just let me know.
I have not placed anything under server packages, I think you mentioned something about needing a line adding for something Shadow? If you could let me know that'd be great.
Also the server has no [A!B] branding if youd like a specific name put on again let me know and ill sort that for you as right now its just called WW2 mod Server.

I'm happy for gamindeluxe, [AIB] or whatever. It's well earned recognition.[3]Ste wrote:So I sorted this out for you this morning, the server is up and running on a 60 tickrate. I've tested it out and it feels pretty nice very smooth and no lagging. If you want a higher tick rate just let me know./
Don't know the answer. Never played with tick rate. Never had a discussion about it.
OK I will get on the server and doublecheck Poor's two patches don't need adding to editpackages, feeling they do.I have not placed anything under server packages, I think you mentioned something about needing a line adding for something Shadow? If you could let me know that'd be great.
My naming system on WW2 wasn't numerical, so was annoying for Poor that I was putting up older versions. Also when I was adding the patches, sometimes the replacement weps didn't seem to replace, something in the rebuilding/save. So it's possible I have given you the wrong versions, or the ini needs changing. So sorry for this.
Also I would like to get a WW2 version from Majster of the new map. I can set you up with the weps, smoke, parachutes etc, or do it myself, whichever you prefer Majster.
Also the server has no [A!B] branding if youd like a specific name put on again let me know and ill sort that for you as right now its just called WW2 mod Server.
Just for People's info.
Concept: Sheek Louch/Jima B
Weps, Clyzm,
Smoke DXRV/Daedalus
Parachute DXRV/Daedalus
MP Patches = Poor
Skin mutator = Cozmo (if I can find it)
Mappers Chinny, Shadow, Mainman, Chees... and all welcome.
Re: WW2
WW2 is back finally, awesome!
I was very busy in real life for last few days, so I didn't have time for mapping. I need finish my map, then I can start working on WW2 version. I think it will take week or two weeks.
