I see that a modeller is required somewhere along the lines, I would gladly offer my services for some part time work dependant on what is required. :wave:

Atery is doing several models atm for me. And doubt we will need much more than that at this point.
If we do Cozmo or I will let you both know and you can split the list between you both. :-D

Sorry for the late reply! I've freed up this weekend though, so I'll get as much done as possible starting in a couple of mins.

Some extra modeling would be super cool :-D the main thing I've been after lately would probably be an older computer monitor model, would make it easier to fill up places like the hospital and give it a less futuristic feel, I'm thinking it'll be set in early 2000s or something where monitors were still blocky and white

Honestly, any decoration you think would fit would be nice, just chuck it our way after if you give anything a go!

I can do computer, churned one out today so that will keep someone happy =D> . While I can't do loads I can do some modelling. I trust you have a skinner?

Awesome! Thanks, just send it over when you're happy with it. Development here's fairly relaxed - no pressure, just whatever you can spare / feel like doing.

I can do some basic skins, and hopefully should be doing UV mapping in college soon if that needs done, so I'll have a crack at it

Will we be going with a backend server or anything to keep track of each player's information for when they leave and come back at a later time?

Only something like FaceTown would warrant that for a DX mod :p players will be able to stash items/weapons/whatever around the map as if they were personal hideouts and come back for it later, but otherwise it's more like Cozmo_RPG where each game is different. IMO, a big problem with systems like that is that everyone would end up with the same top available stuff and it becomes stale, becomes more of a completionist thing for those who haven't etc

Exactly that.

FT needs registration for different reasons, it's more like SP than Cozmo or Hengsha, some missions would never be achieved if you had to start with mission 1 every time you entered the server, whereas in Cozmo and Hengsha, it doesn't really matter if you leave, you can regain your status within 15-20 minutes easily.

Are you for sure? Cause I made a backend mutator that saves all player's information in an INI file...

Not at all, because it is not adding a new line to the ini for everytime a player's information is updated, it updates THAT line... Plus how the DXMP community population is, I wouldn't have to worry about it becoming huge. ;)

Also, It is a login system. so you can login, or create a new account. That prevents flooding also.
