I'm having trouble finding a copy of the announcer mutator. Is it available for download anywhere?

I don't know the server pack line. PS downgrade your minimtl, it warps alot.

Check your FPS cap and netspeed, make sure they're no higher than 150 and 20000 respectively. I don't have any evidence that miniMTL232 causes problems for people whose game speed is normal but if you're sure this is the case for you then let me know and I'll look into it.
