DXMP patches and tools installer

I posted a link to an archived package before, but with some starting help from Alex and his MS exe I managed to put together an installer and improve the included contents some.

Requires:
* Windows Vista, 7, or 8
* DirectX 10 compatible hardware
* Any DX version that isn't Direct2Drive (or exe wont work, rest should work)


Includes:
* Exe patch by Kentie
* Direct3D 10 renderer by Kentie (used)
* Prerequisite files for both above and shortcuts to make it work with less issues (-localdata for config, -localdata -skipdialog for playing)
* OpenGL 2.1 renderer and Direct3D 9 v13 renderer by C. Dohnal (installed)
* Masterserver fix by Alex
* MTL
* Optional binds for WASD (Ricci's config) or Arrows (Monkee's config)
* Various tools: SweetFX1.4 for Deus Ex; MarkC windows mouse fix; ImageCFG; GammaReset; MouseRate checker;

Installer is set to configure game for least issues when playing, but the script isn't all that pretty yet and if you have serverpackages already installed (for hosting your server) then depending on whether or not you installed MTL as first thing, you may have to re-add the first serverpackages line.
Given time I'll likely improve the script some so it has less dialog boxes at least.
Installed binds could also be a bit cleaner, and I don't really like Ricci's binds much as they are very personal taste, but thats my opinion. I didn't add any of my binds to this installer, figuring it would appear biased.

* Your DeusEx exe, original OpenGL, User.ini & DeusEx.ini will be backed up to "/dxmpcb_Backup"!
* Masterserver fix is installed before making backups

To Do:
Find more useful stuff or remove items from package that aren't all that useful
Fix potential MTL package install issue for server hosts (poor code)
Fix aliases array install issue (not installed)
Reliably detect vb runtimes across XP, 7, 8 (right now its kind of manual thing)
More binds choices..

I haven't really asked anyone for their permission to bundle this crap so if anyone asks where I live, tell them its central siberia. Add permission asking to the list of things to do.

I put it together because many players had various issues with getting it to work (due to MP bugs or lack of attention), or simply dont know about these tools and patches.

The attachment mod is broken. I don't know why.. it seems to be a problem with permissions on the server but that's not in my hand.

i copied wrong link trying to be clever and give the one without web dialogue. Should work now. Note that it doesnt really do anything that you cannot do manually, but might make life easier for some.
