when i try to join towers 3 it says connection failed towers 3 not allowed

This map is download-blocked, meaning that players will not be able to download it.

but you can download it from archive

Make sure that the map is unzipped or unrar'ed and in the correct folder wich should be DeusEx\Maps. Or refererance this thread.
