Chinny, but I will tell you this...

1. Sit up straight.
2. Do it every day.
3. Hold it straight/right. The guitar should be 90 degrees to the floor. not angled/sloped.
4. Get your hand round it properly, lean over if necessary.
5. Don't bunch/hunch shoulders, think of elbow on left hand.

but some ppl are better for playing bass.

Prepare for hard fingers... get a steel string guitar, plastic string is noob.

disclaimer thats not as hard as it looks its mostly effects pedals and such that hes using, but still lots of skill.
