No, that is former [3]StealthMonk, he joined [HK] in 2004 and left in 06. Gotti joined around the same time but switched over to Mac in mid 05 and quit DXing.

That's the most accurate info I can give, ask HunterKiller about Gotti, he's the one who recruited him.

Apparently when he stopped playing as Flaw, and long before he joined [3], he was recruited. He played as {HK}Jedi.
