Hela is one of the bosses, she looks like a WIB, that's why not many players are aware of her.
She is in the Cathedral level in the room at the top of the stairs overlooking the gold vault.
If you read her datacubes and e-mails she is quite odd, would make a nice girlfriend for Ken I should imagine.

The first two MIB in the game, dont have a normal MIB script, there is a conversation and other things don't appear normal script. They are listed in the script as Bodyguard
