Had alot of fun last night into the wee hours of the morning.

~Ah sorry about that, sometimes I will pass out while at the computer, which is currently conveniently positioned near a bed.

So if I have left a test map on, or people are getting very bored, you can switch to Landernau or whatever.

I'm not "fulltime" DX anymore, so I gave admin to a few people.

The server for now, will host WW2 maps and HR maps and later SG maps. There will be no default maps on this server for now, except Pool and Mini-Dust.

I don't see FGS as a clan anymore, as commented it's function as an editing society these days. For this reason I gave admin also to non-members such as Poor.

Plenty of people have CP access, so the server will be restarted at least once a day a seems and the maplist should change alot this week, even without mapvote, which I will look into at the weekend.

In the meantime, editors, I still need requests for uploading, if it's not a WW2 or HR map.

No need to justify your decision. You host the server and technically it's no FGS server anyway.

I host on GD, but as soon as I'm out of this temporary accomodation, private PC might be an option, the PC looks pretty good, haven't even had a chance to see the whole spec, but I know it can't be much more than a year old. I still have the old PC, minus a functional PSU. I'm not excited about vista, had huge SDK problems last time, but that was a laptop, so I can only try on this PC and see.

FGS needs to revive, I think. I don't see many active player.
And there are many small fights within the clan. Otherwise who is the founder? I don't know many things about the FGS' history : (

FGS was initially a German clan, founded by Roi and Icho.
They are basically retired and the clan is international now.

Unfortunately, elaborating further details often ends in endless debates.. starting with Rollo writing a novel about it within the next two hours.

Looking at the pros dx1 tribute I could "orange up" the Dockside map, I would love to know the values of the lighting they used.
