Hate coffee, drink lots of tea though which contains caffeine, can't say I feel any energetic qualities though, if anything the opposite.

I drink turkish teas. It's basically warm fruit juice, but it's good in a medicinal way.

energy drinks will work and most of them actually contain less caffeine than coffee, they have things like vitamin B and ginseng that supplements the caffeine.

they can be. It depends on how often you drink them, and how many you drink


energy drinks can speed up the heart rate and raise blood pressure, which can cause heart problems when someone drinks too much. they can cause insomnia and they dehydrate the body. so if you drink energy drinks, don't drink them late at night unless you need to stay awake, drink a couple of glasses of water and don't drink more than 3 in a day. and if you are going to do any kind of sports, don't drink them before or after a game.
