DXUK 0 aug server update

The DXUK server has finally branched out from it's initial two map rotation!

The maps below are now in the current map rotation;

Smuggler
Iceworld
Silo (new)
Area 51 Bunker (new)
Towers (new)
Smuggles (new)

Grier changed many settings, and he said the players wanted these maps.

But DXUK seems permanently on iceworld or smuggler.
